Women, Money and Sexual Energy - Turbocharge Your Dreams and Creations

Did you know that money and sexual energy are related? This concept is widely unknown and may be unbelievable. But it's true! And what's even better is that you can learn to channel your sexual energy into your money-making endeavors.
For most of us, sexual energy is used for two things: experiencing pleasure in the bedroom and making babies. However, our sexual energy has a great capacity to help fuel any creative endeavor we have for our lives. We consider sexual energy to be "life force energy;" the very energy that created us all. This energy is the source of all things creative, fueling whatever we do whether we realize it or not.
For women, reawakening life force energy, a.k.a. "feminine essence," is essential for allowing more abundance and money to flow into their lives. The unfortunate thing is that women's sexual energy has been vilified for millennia causing them to shut down their feminine essence. For example, shaming a girl for experiencing her first menses, judging any sexual feelings as wrong or considering a woman impure having had sex before marriage are all ways in which feminine sexual expression has been repressed. Starting to bring awareness to this conditioning is the first step in the reawakening to a woman's Goddess-given sensuous flow.
1. How to connect with your Goddess-given Sensuous flow
Place two hands on your belly, one on top of the other. Notice where your breath is. If you're like most people, your breath is quite shallow, moving mostly through your chest. Now, try to take three deep breaths into your belly. Observe the rise and fall of your belly as you do this. Try to go as slow as possible without rushing. Then notice how you feel?
Most likely your mind calmed down and you feel more present. Breathing into the belly activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which releases endorphins and melatonin causing us to relax and feel good.
2. How to use the conscious breath to circulate your aroused sensuous energy:
Once you accessed the level of conscious breath awareness you can start using the flow of your breath to circulate your aroused sexual energy.
For example, when we start to feel aroused, instead of trying to either shut it down or act on it, we can start to breathe this wonderful lushes energy from our sexual o into the heart center and the rest of our body. We can allow the pleasure energy to imbue our physical, emotional and spiritual being. From there, we can practice directing that life-giving sensuous nectar into a creative endeavor, like enlivening our relationship, creating a career or bringing the flow of money into our life.
Many of us have negative beliefs around money such as, "there is never enough," or "money is bad," or "I don't deserve to have a lot of money." Just like our negative beliefs about sexuality, these beliefs about money have been ingrained in us from an early age. By practicing conscious breathing, we can start to observe these beliefs instead of giving into them.
3. How to become present to yourself in this moment:
As you observe your breath, start to notice any sensations in your body. Any tension in your shoulders or neck? Or a warm sensation on your limbs? Can you feel a tingling in your palms? Notice what thoughts are going through your mind. Are you worrying about not experiencing that high feeling that you are so yearning for? Or you are lamenting to yourself of being all alone? Perhaps you go off into some fantasy? These are all states of not being here right now in the present moment with yourself.
Try to notice these sensations and thoughts without judging them or trying to make them go away. Just keep breathing into your belly so you can become present and connected to our inner flow of ease.
4. How to be in your inner flow allows attracting what you want:
Reconnecting with your inner flow in the present moment without distracting yourself allows to attract the energy that matches your flow. The more we are able to be in our conscious breath while witnessing our thoughts and feelings, we become more connected with that vibration of what we want - money, love, joy, bliss!
From there we become more intentional and can make clear decisions on how to move forward to create our life. Also, as we shift our energy, we begin attracting more people and situations that are in alignment with what we really want. Imagine being that much in control of your own destiny!
When these awareness practices are coupled with our sexual life-giving energy, we can turbocharge any creative endeavor we wish to pursue! Energetic blocks get cleared while dreams become a moment by moment feeling state that allows us to be connected to inner and outer vibrations of attracting what we want.
Keep connecting with your life force sexual energy, your witness state of mind and dancing in the flow of abundance!

Pushing Into Your Highest Good

Way down deep we all have an idea of who we were created to become. Yet, how could we know, where do these ideas arise from? The answer can be found as early as the most formative years in a child's life. What are they interested in? What do they imagine they can do before any adult suggested that their ideas were far too difficult or beyond their ability? We arrive in our lives knowing very well what we are capable of becoming. There was indeed a master plan for all of us!
Assuming that you have tapped into this special place of inner knowing we all have one must stop to wonder what happened? Is it too late to alter the course and return to your real chosen path? If you still wonder, if you still have the interests and a real desire it is not too late. This is universal energy giving you a gentle push forward to do it, do it now. Pay attention to those nudges; they are always benevolent and loving. This is a higher part of you encouraging you.
Once there was a time when there was great interest in the new energy our planet was moving into. Speculation about entering 4D energy was everywhere. There was talk of Mayan calendars predicting the end of time and the end of life as we understood it. Things seemed a little surreal as we made our way into the new millennium, waiting for computers to crash and life as we knew it to become something we could never understand. What happened, where did all that interest go? The fundamental principal of life is that time marches on, with or without our interest in how it happens.
Was it all an illusion, this idea of entering a new energy? Not at all; we have been steadily progressing forward, well into the outer bands of this new energy that allows a much higher vibration of the energy in our daily lives. Things have changed and so have we; it is a continuing process. It is an effortless process, much like breathing. We are doing it without exerting any effort to control the entry. Your awareness of the new opportunities will determine how quickly you are able to take advantage of new opportunities.
Your highest good, that which is encompasses the very best you can become has always been a part of you. In the past you may have encountered road blocks you could not understand leaving you frustrated and perhaps even ready to give up and accept something far less. The imaginary force you stood against was pure energy. No wonder you had difficulty battling it, you simply could not see the barriers before you! This new energy we are emerging into is supportive and loving, allowing you to delve into the new pursuits and expect them to produce your desired results. But how can you do this?
Imagine you are standing before a room you really desire to enter, one where information that can change your life is stored. What would you do? You would look for a door, knowing there is a way in. You are standing before that door now. Using this new energy simply requires you to be aware of the door and, this is important, push the door open. This does not require physical force but rather an understanding of the energy before you. Ignore the walls, wood and metal before you and mentally move forward by pushing your energy into the new space.
Anger, fear and even brute force efforts will not allow you to enter the room. Understanding that a supportive and loving energy is with you and exists beyond the door allows you to embrace your dream again and craft it into a new reality. Accept it, enfold it around you; this allows you to move with it!

Dying Dreams - What They Mean

Who doesn't remember those dreams of times gone by? A childhood spent staring at fluffy clouds searching for shapes and faces that just could be something more signal the awakening of our ability to envision tomorrow differently than today appears. It is the creative energy within that emerges softly, gently, encouraging us to see more, believe more and become more. Little did we imagine that we were experiencing the wakening of a giant within, one that would shape and ultimately control our destiny. Dreams are significant, acting as an inner roadmap guiding us to where we plan to arrive in our lives; one day.
Time passes so swiftly once we leave those formative years. Even in childhood, we become busy with events and changes that may be beyond our control. So easy it is to move through time without any awareness of its passing; like the changing of seasons that bring falling leaves and finally daffodils that peak through the mud as Spring approaches we cease noticing change around us as we become enmeshed in what is before us. What about those dreams, where is that giant within that planned to emerge and pursue things we once thought were undying dreams?
Noticing how much time has passed or how fast it is moving seems to become more important at a few distinct times in life. It becomes most important when we look behind us at the landscape traversed and believe our dreams have died, that it is too late to pursue them. We imagine we have wasted the time, forfeited it to some imaginary crisis or a sensible idea we were pressed to believe in. This brings a sense of sadness, even despair to some. It is a good time to re-examine the dreams we once held dear.
Dreams that gradually fade away are not the same as those that have died. These are the dreams we willingly forfeited because something changed. We gather more information about things that interest us as life continues. Sometimes we learn that the price is higher than we are willing to pay, that the reality of the dream was significantly different from what we imagined or we simply replace it with a new dream that fires an inner passion. Something becomes more important and replaces the old dream and so we discard what was for what inspires us far more. We changed.
Dreams that die are different; we imagine they don't involve a personal choice, believing that something or someone prevented us from aspiring to what we once held dear. These are painful losses that can leave us feeling battered, beaten and even bitter. Look deeper within those emotions and you are likely to find a different cause, one with more emotion behind it that incites deep feelings of loss. Believing our dreams are dead to us is typically rooted to another person and our expectations of the role they would play in our dreams. We are disappointed in a person, sometimes expecting far more than they were ever willing to give. Our dream falls apart as changes emerge, leaving us feeling like we are left behind to flounder and find a new path. Many times this leaves us feeling lost and lonely regardless of our age.
When a significant event alters the course of our life, and we all know when something is significant, it is time to broaden our horizons. Change has arrived like an intruder into our nicely planned life and we are left with few if any choices about the ultimate outcome; or are we? When big things happen they arrive to guide us to a new and different path, one that forces us to be uncomfortable, to stumble and discover how strong we are or what part we are intended to play in what lies before us.
When you cease to struggle against the change and stop clinging to what used to be you become free to embrace what can be. Your dream may not have died at all; is it possible that you have been redirected to a better place, a better way or an opportunity you never dared to believe in? Your dream may have been expanded to include opportunities you never knew existed that can lead to far greater joy in your life. When change arrives leaving you feeling like all is lost look for the opportunity; you were not redirected without a plan. That gentle giant within you has awakened and moved you forward. Dare to dream a new dream, again.

Reduce Guilt Today Using 3 Top Strategies

Guilt is such an uncomfortable and often "squirmy" feeling. Its discomfort provides great incentive to break free from old patterns, and move ahead with freed-up time and energy.
So here are 3 pointers I find especially helpful when working with my clients who are wrestling with feelings of guilt:
1. Re-frame guilt messages into messages about appropriate responsibility.
When you feel weighed down by your own guilt, or by someone's harsh words, it's wise to carefully explore what's really happening.
"What is truly my responsibility here? If my choices created issues, how can I constructively contribute to improve my end of things?"
Guilt is heavy-handed and reactive. Proactively taking responsibility is even-handed and positive. Which sounds better to you?
Whenever the word "should" creeps into your thoughts, recalibrate your thinking to calmly assess what is truly your responsibility. Your clarity will provide a strong base for your assertiveness.
2. You needn't convince others that you're "not guilty."
Once you decide what your actual area of responsibility is, honor your convictions by letting go of defensiveness. You keep your power in your hands when you clarify that your decisions are based on your assessments, not others'.
Refusing to take on guilt-trips rebalances relationships along more realistic lines. When you challenge "you owe me" attitudes, you may also discover mistaken assumptions of your own.
The clarity you achieve can lay the groundwork for more open-handed interactions. Why not take advantage of this opportunity to update relationships that may have become stiff or stale?
3. You are not responsible for others' responses to your choices.
Are you tempted to feel guilty, argue or apologize if others express strong anger or disappointment with your decision? They may feel that you are responsible for their letdown, and attempt to punish you for not giving in to their demands.
Ground yourself in reality.
Once you take appropriate responsibility, you owe nothing more. Others needn't agree with you or be happy with your decision. Simply stand firm on the issue in question, and remain as neutral and accessible as possible.
Accept that it may take time for others to stop trying to make you feel guilty. Remember, silent self-affirmations are an effective antidote to feelings of guilt.
Eleanor Roosevelt declared,
"No one can make you feel inferior without your consent."
Remember, no one can make you feel guilty without your permission, either.

Passion Is The Fuel Human Beings Use

Children focus fiercely on everything they do while doing it. Nothing else exists. The world is just them and whatever it is that they are doing at that moment: the game they are playing, the movie they are watching, the toy they are holding... And with that focus comes passion, their inexhaustible source of energy. But then we grow...
(As first published by)
As we grow, our attention is divided into a million needs and tasks. We rarely just do one single thing at a time and most of what we do doesn't even require our full attention. We learn to shift our focus from one problem to the next, from one action to the next or back to the previous one. We forget the art of just being totally immersed in only one task, in flow with it, unaware and uncaring about anything else. And as we do, our energy spreads to feed and fuel that myriad of smaller actions we undertake. No wonder why we never feel energetic enough anymore!
Passion is the fuel for human energy. We see it in children but also in those few adults who still maintain their passion for what they do. Have you ever met anybody truly passionate about something who complains of a lack of energy? Just the opposite, right? Those you meet who seem to never tire are profoundly passionate about what they do. Without passion, energy dwindles and it does so because passion requires focus so the three go together and feed one another: passion, focus, energy.
Many people come to me because they feel exhausted and without energy or because they can't perform at the level they see me or others performing. 'What's your secret?' they ask me. 'How can you have so much energy?' The answer is my passion. I passionately love what I do: I passionately love writing and speaking, interacting with other human beings, getting to know them... I passionately love being alive. When those people come to me, they never have a passion of their own and without it, there is no focus.
Think about it for a moment. Look back onto your childhood or just observe children at play. When playing, nothing else exists; just the game. Do you remember that feeling of utter concentration and devotion? That is what you're missing. You go to work but are you fully there? I bet you aren't. Or you only are for short bouts of time. That's why those who professionally devote themselves to their passion never look tired. Unfortunately, most human beings just have a job, not a passion. Most people just do their jobs or pursue their career not because it's a passion for them but for many other reasons. They might choose certain studies based on the greater probabilities to find a job later on, or the amount of money they will bring them, or who knows what. And that is OK, as long as they also realize that days will feel long and boring and will always be accompanied by that perennial feeling of exhaustion.
I feel like this is a rule of life: passion transforms into energy; a lack of passion results in a lack of energy. As simple as that. If you want to feel more energetic in life, you're going to have to change the way you live to find more passion or to create more opportunities to feel passionate about something.
Let me offer you some tips on how to turn a job into something you might feel passionate for. (You can also quit your current job and follow your passion, if you have one, of course, but this next section is for those who already have a job, no specific passion and can't just shift careers at present.) So, if you are a manager in a company, for example, and feel like working days completely drain you of your energy,
  1. ask yourself what in your job sparks your passion... Nothing? Very little? Why doesn't it surprise me? Let's try and create or ignite some passion in you, then.
  2. go over the list of tasks you perform on a regular week and try and find something in them that you could eventually feel passionate about; human interaction, reaching excellence, being the best at one aspect of your work, creativity, productivity... or maybe even reaching the next wrung in the ladder... whatever. Once you find it, start devoting your full attention to that goal on incremental steps: first 10 minutes a day, then 15, then 20, and so on. Those minutes need to be like children at play, absolutely focused and devoted. If distracted, go back to the task and focus on the positives it brings you. Think about what it is you enjoy about them, how they make you feel, what is is that interests you when performing them. Focus on them at the moment, not on what they might bring in the future.
  3. while performing other tasks that are not the ones you identified as possible sources of passion, try to focus your full attention on each of them while carrying them out; a bit like mindful working. When changing tasks, shift your full attention to the new task at hand.
  4. If you can't seem to be able to fully focus on something, ask yourself what part of that specific task is distracting you, or which other task is so important that it keeps calling your attention onto it. Focus on that one aspect or task, get it out of the way, so to speak, and go back to focusing on one task at a time.
  5. Once you feel a spark of passion for any of the tasks you perform, no matter how big or small, look for similar tasks in your job or possible new developments related to that one task that could open new avenues or result in more opportunities to do what you just discovered you love doing. If necessary, talk to your superiors and let them know about your passion. Managers know that passionate employees always yield better results, so chances are they might give you a few more shots at advancing along those lines.
  6. if nothing you do at work sparks your passion at all, apply all 5 points above to your personal life... what do you do outside of work that sparks your passion? And focus on those instead, to build a life of meaning and energy for yourself.
So, do you have any passions in your life? What gets you excited or moving? Use that! Because a life without passion is like a movie in slow motion; nice and fun to watch for a short while but quite boring after a while.
Enjoy life... ALL of it,

Message From the Universe: The Big Dream Theory!

"When pondering on the vastness of the cosmos, please keep in mind that it goes even farther inward from where you now sit, than outward.
Yeah, you're deep.
The Universe"
Just imagine what happened a few seconds prior to the Big Bang, some time back, 13.1 billion of years ago. Everything you see around you, galaxies, planets, stars, the dark matter, whatever else was included in the cosmos you see today, were all compressed into a one single point of singularity, and then BOOOOOMMMMMMMMMM! The ultimate explosion that cannot be compared to anything we will ever experience in our lifetime. Everything started inward prior to going outward. That big crunch occurred right before the big bang and the Universe as you see it is the direct result of that explosion. We have now the dark energy that is a part of the mathematical equation that constitute this Universe. An energy that pushes galaxies away from each other, that allows the Universe to grow exponentially every second of every minute of every hour of the day. Since the hubble telescope is limited to the origin of the big bang, it is difficult to determine the exact cause of that big crunch, what triggered the surrounding galaxies and everything else to decide to reverse its path back to this point of singularity. Was there a reverse dark energy? Instead of pushing galaxies away from each other, it was absorbing them towards what we can assume to be a big black hole? That big black hole was the point of singularity without the characteristics of exploding after inhaling everything in its path. What was the big crunch is something that scientists can't really explain, or even comprehend how it occurred on that specific moment in time and space.
Everything that is being written today about this specific subject is based on assumptions, theories, mere possibilities of what could have happened and under which circumstances. No one will ever be able to prove, with accuracy, whatever happened at that time. Whatever it is, the way you live your life should be based on you being able to control your thoughts, which indirectly controls outcomes in your life and the challenges you face every day are because of your own creation. Your mind is able anticipate outcomes because of past similar experiences, so you feel more read and able to successfully cross these difficult times. Everything starts from within you and the energy you exert everyday, either positive or negative, is based on how you approach life in general. If you let the past control you, the outcome of your future will remain bleak, at best. Learn to let go of the past, and focus on the present. Accept that you have no control over a lot of things occurring in your lifetime, but you do have control over your happiness. You can decide to either be happy, or miserable. You choose what you desire the most. Happiness doesn't happen to you, it happens from within you. Everything starts from there.

5 Self Improvement Tips for Personal Power, Peak Performance and Prosperity

I believe that, ultimately, we all want peace and fulfillment more than anything else.
Of course, there are other things we want. And truth is, we must actualize some of these other things if we are to attain deep and lasting peace.
Of course, fulfillment itself comes primarily, if not exclusively, from actualizing our other needs, such as the need for growth, contribution, stimulation and mattering.
All of these things mean we must master our mindset - our beliefs, habitual thoughts and expectations. We must be committed to personal development. Only if we are developing personally will our lives develop materially.
Here are five tips to create greater peace, motivation and mindset mastery.
1. Accept only self-compassion and positive self-talk.
This is a tough one. Most of us engage in self-flagellation, to one degree or another. This emanates from our belief-set; our mindset.
Make an active and habitual practice to seek out and compliment yourself on your skills, virtues and wins.
Habitually recognize, praise and congratulate yourself, as you would a child you love.
Seriously. Make a conscious, active and habitual practice of this. You will be amazed at how this practice alone will massively change your habitual mindset, feelings and emotions. Increasing your state of being, motivation, joy and fulfillment.
At the end of each day, make a list of three to five things you did well. Also add one thing you will do better next time. Always keep the ratio skewed at least 3 to 1 towards the positive.
2. Never compare yourself to others.
We all have our own path, our own brain, mind and personality. Another's path has no bearing whatsoever on our validity, ability or journey - other than in the empowering lessons we can take from their lives.
Learn from others, but don't ever compare yourself to others.
Use lessons from others for personal development and success. But never compare yourself to another.
Believe in yourself. Be aware of and grateful for your strengths, while determined to constantly grow and improve.
3. Accept, even celebrate, that life will absolutely have disappointments and pain. They are the fuel to self improvement.
We all want to grow. To figure things out. And to matter. We all want to create and experience personal success.
Success equals change. Positive change. Growth.
If WE aren't growing and developing, our lives cannot grow and develop.
When do we grow most? Heck, for most of us, most of the time, when do we grow at all?
When we experience obstacles, disappointments and pain. When we hit setbacks, which fuel motivation and determination to change and make things better. And only when we change for the better do our results change for the better.
Hack your mind to revel in obstacles, disappointments and, yes, even pain. Know that they are not permanent. Nor are they an indication of any lack on your part. See and feel them and beautiful opportunities to take advantage of and accelerate personal development. They bring us closer to being the person and success for which we are destined.
4. There is no failure, but in failing to begin or failing to continue.
I passionately believe this to be true. Whatever our outcomes, we only fail in not trying or giving up.
Stay true to your ultimate purpose, mission and vision and adjust your strategies and tactics as wisdom dictates.
Changing direction isn't necessarily failure or negative. Don't give up on your dream, but do stay true to your soul. If you are truly meant for a path other than the current one you placed yourself on, accept that and move passionately onto the new path.
Be generous, loving, kind and compassionate with yourself. Have and hold yourself to high standards, but with loving compassion and optimism that you will capitalize on and prevail in all circumstances. Treat yourself with the love, patience and compassion a wise altruistic elder would treat the beautiful soul of a child.
5. Love yourself. Believe you are perfect. But that you will become more perfect each day and that the journey is never over.
Keep this self-image. Constantly love, support, praise and humor yourself as you would the child or friend you most love or as you would be loved and supported by a loving, more seasoned and wiser person who would love you.
But also keep the thirst for personal development and success burning within. We are all works in process. Perfect as we are today, but driven to an even higher level of perfection today and tomorrow.
There you have it. Five habitual practices that will help bring you all you are after: Love, peace, prosperity, growth, stimulation and, probably, anything else your soul desires.
Cheers friends.
What do you want more of? Money? Career growth? Fulfillment?

A New Year and a Positive New You

Certain times of the year can prompt us to review our lives. It may be a new year, an anniversary, a significant birthday that motivates us to pause awhile and reflect on where we are, on what we've done with our lives and what we'd like our next steps to be.
For some this could be a pleasurable few moments of reflection. We've achieved much of what we aimed for, have good relationships, lovely children, a successful career, good quality of life and we can smile, feeling proud and content.
But for others this reflection can result in an, 'is this it?' response, followed by perhaps feeling stuck in a rut, trapped by circumstances and unsure what next steps might be available. A variety of constraints and limitations, fear of rocking the boat and the potential impact of changes may immediately stop further thoughts. Daily life often means we have too much on with work, balancing our finances, the responsibilities of children and family as well as maybe religious concerns to prompt further investigation.
Postponing any changes for several years may seem to be the only possible course of action, but dedicating time to thoroughly considering our situation may raise other possibilities, rather than simply becoming resigned to saying, 'I'll wait till the children are older', or suchlike.
A new year can bring a new you who assesses life by not only acknowledging what's happening as well as what's not happening and then reviews ways to improve the situation. Taking ownership, exploring possible steps, how to move on, where to start can be a valuable outcome from a break or retreat.
Everyday life rarely allows enough time to devote to serious 'meaning of life' considerations. There's scarcely time to breathe, let alone explore different options, decide it's time to leave an unsatisfactory relationship, walk away from a well-paying job or move to the countryside and become self-sufficient! Any musings will frequently be interrupted because the laundry basket needs attention, it's time to log onto the laptop or go and collect the children.
So creating an opportunity and booking a few days away for a weekend break or retreat can be an important commitment to yourself. Setting aside time to grieve, recover from a breakup, heal after a change in circumstances or have some space after a hectic time or period of illness provides an interlude for reflection. Are we at a crossroads, what direction should we now head in? Finding answers to these questions can be a valuable investment of a few days on a retreat.
Simply providing yourself with an opportunity for reflection on possible changes and adjustments can help to improve your perspective and doesn't automatically necessitate major upheaval. Afterwards you may find you return to your day-to-day life with a calmer, healthier attitude, feeling settled and in a better place. A retreat can offer space for you to positively readjust your viewpoint and become more flexible and tolerant. Gaining insights helps you feel better able to introduce minor changes that make life more pleasant for everyone.
An individual retreat often gives you time to dedicate to your physical and mental health and wellbeing, to focus on specific issues and concerns, perhaps through individual sessions which address nutrition, health and wellbeing. Personalised yoga, massage, fitness classes as well as counselling, hypnotherapy and coaching are all available.
A group retreat dedicates time to discussions and workshops, exploring with others ways to handle wider-reaching concerns, like stress, post-divorce, assertiveness, as each attendee is invited to share their coping strategies. It can be a positive start to discover that other people have similar problems in their lives.
Taking that first step is often the most significant decision of all. Determining that something needs to change and finding ways to implement some or even all can be a wonderful start to a great new year and a positive new you.
