Message From the Universe: Reading Into People's Mind!

Actually, it's not as if your angels can just drop everything they're doing and come running whenever you call for assistance, guidance, and love.
You pretty much are everything they're doing.
Before you even ask,
The Universe"
Your energy comes from within you and everyone feels it. This is what we call energy signature, everyone in the world has it. When you meet someone new, the one most important thing that attracts you to that person is their energy signature. Now, let's not kid ourselves. This energy signature is composed of many different features that one person possess, which can be both physical and spiritual. When you are attracted to someone, well, besides their physical appearance, you have somewhat of a connection that you wouldn't have with anyone else. You are drawn to that perfect for a reason you may not be able to explain, well, besides how amazing they look. Beware though as physical appearance may change through time as you grow mentally and spiritually. Nevertheless, that person's energy is unique and you want to get to know that individual in a more profound way. Once accomplished, it is crucial to always keep your energy signature in sync with each other as time may pull you apart. If, for example, you decide to take meditation and grow spiritually, your perception of the world around you will change, where the same world to your significant other is stagnant. Your views about life might create conflict in the long term, and disagreements will arise accordingly. This is the beginning of the end.
This is a very common trend among many couples who grow apart because one of the party decides to change their way of living, where the other decides to stay the same. It is important to always discuss these major life changes, especially in the realm of spirituality. Not everyone may see the way you do, which can create somewhat of a disconnect among everyone involved. Other areas where you can break ties with your significant other is when one decide to stop drinking, using drugs or decide to get on a diet while the other sticks with the same old routine. The encouragement factor is not present and one may decide to leave the other person because of this toxic environment. Relationships break apart for a myriad of reasons and I can go on discussing about them for pages and pages at a time. The key is to remember that when dealing with another person, especially with the person you love the most, is to understand what they need to make them happy. Work on making yourself a better person so they can get inspired to doing the same. Take initiative in that regard. Do not wait for them to ask for things to change. I know it can be hard to read their mind, but just give it a try. It may not be as difficult as you may think.

You Are Always at Choice - No Matter What It Looks Like

Over the years I've had more and I've had less.
I've had extreme highs and deep lows. Along with many ups, downs, bends, twists and turns. My life often felt as if I was on a large roller coaster in the middle of an amusement park wondering when this crazy ride would ever end.
As if someone else was in charge of the off button and that someone was not me. All was a blur as I was tossed about, out of control, dizzy, scared, and anxious.
Of all the rides in this amusement park called life, had I really picked this one?
Hadn't I always been afraid of roller coasters? Couldn't I have picked another safer ride?
So, what was I doing on this one? And, how would I get off?
Life is made up of many choices!
Some made consciously, and some not. Yet, as I look back on my life here on planet Earth, I see where many choices that I made brought me to my life as it is today.
It reminds me of the year I turned ten, my parents decided to pack up our lives in Wisconsin and move to California. Almost everything was sold, including our home in West Allis, leaving only a few items that were shipped via the mail to my paternal grandmother.
Left behind was my best friend, my bedroom on the second floor tucked away from the rest of the house, and the big, sprawling backyard with the huge weeping willow tree and the much used swing that I could soar high in the air - confident and assured.
Overnight, all that changed. Only a long, tedious car ride across the U.S. loomed ahead with endless stretches of blacktop and windy roads to endure.
The sight-seeing that my parents so loved, I did not. The hours spent in the car, were endless and too close for my much needed personal space and comfort.
I felt a sense of dread with all the unknown that stretched ahead.
If only I had known back then what took me until much later in life to comprehend. That I was an introvert and what I experienced and felt were the common emotions and reactions of an introvert.
Something that I thought was a fatal flaw in my personality. A flaw that often left me feeling ashamed and distraught.
Over the years I would wonder what was wrong with me? Why did I not jump in with glee and enjoy the experience? What made me hold back, withdraw, and be unsure?
Like the huge, rickety roller coaster on the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk that everyone was so excited to ride, even my much younger brother who hopped right on with no fear - but not me.
So many emotions battled within me.
Wasn't it scary enough to be in a state in which I did not feel I belonged? Made fun of in school for my mode of dress, my tall lanky body, and my Wisconsin accent. And, now, it seems, I am expected to get on that monstrosity and call it fun?
NO THANK YOU!
This is how life unfolded for me. The hesitation to dive in. The long moments of assessment before I would participate. The cautiousness that always came before the enthusiasm or acceptance of what lay before me.
I would stand on the sidelines and watch. I would assess the safety of the environment, person, place, or thing before I would enter. Did I wish to make the effort to join in or would I just let it flow past without me?
What I have learned over my lifetime is that we all have choices and we come to decide which ones are a yes and which ones are a no for ourselves. No one else can successfully make those choices for us.
No one can assure us it is safe, fun, or what we are meant to experience, No one can say which is the right path, course of action, and which is not, except ourselves.
Life takes us on many rides. Some scary. Some enjoyable. Some we swear we never signed up for.
Yet, in every instance we are at choice.
Not always at choice whether to move or not, as with my 10-year old self. But, how we perceive it. How we remember it. How it will mold and form us.
For me, I have come to embrace and accept that aspect of me which hesitates, steps back, and assesses before I jump in. I know this is the way I "play" in life. Have I ever hesitated too long? Indeed, I have. And yet, even in this, the outcome was what I was meant to experience.
I look back on the journey my parents took us upon when we left everything we knew behind. What it took for them to give up the life they knew, for the one they did not. It took tremendous bravery and courage.
They forged ahead with the determination to make our lives better.
No matter what it looked like to others. They made a choice and off we went to a new land of opportunity, healthy living, and a lifestyle dramatically different than the one we left behind.
Taking along this introvert, often kicking and screaming, yet it is a journey I do not regret.
Your money-life does thrive in clear, open, tidy spaces. Yet, do you find you don't have any of those?
Maybe it's time for you to step back and assess the situation -- determine how you can free up space? After all, don't you deserve to have a lush, green money-life? No need to fret about money and no need to spend it needlessly on stuff that you do not use.
Don't know how to do that?
Going it alone can be scary.
It begins with simply asking for help.
So, Let's talk

Life Is Too Short To Care About What Other People Say

We cannot please everyone. So, why do we care? Let's live life to the fullest and have fun. At lease we give them something to talk about.
Reality check: It's not possible to meet up to everyone's expectations. There will always be people who will judge us no matter what we say or do, or how we treat them. It's inherent to human nature. In fact, we often worry what others think about us but it won't help us move on with life. It will just upset us and hinder our vision to see things in a clearer perspective.
Sometimes, we tend to settle on the status quo. We have a tendency to flip life just because of the things we do to please others, not as a result of what we believe. Eventually our actions become wrought by how we expect others to understand us. We cannot stop people from judging us but we can do something to lessen its impact on us.
Think about the worst factor that might presumably happen once somebody is judging you of what you are doing. I guarantee that nothing can happen. We may react for that matter but nobody really cares.
Start standing up for what you think in-causes, opinions, anything. you are going to possess those that ail you anyways, therefore why not specific however you really feel? I've learned that it's better to be cherished by a couple of folks you care regarding, than to be liked by everybody. These are family, friends, who love you for who you are, and also the folks that are going to be there for you throughout your worst times.
Worrying an excessive amount of concerning what others suppose will become a self-fulfilling prophecy, as a result of the means we predict starts to become the means we tend to behave. These people become people-pleasers and excessively accommodating to others, thinking it'll stop them from being judged. In fact, the public don't love push-overs and are turned off by it. The behavior we tend to use in an endeavor to please others will truly cause the opposing result. This implies that if you are a push-over, then you are going to be attracting others in your life WHO are also push-overs.
We tend to begin thinking that this is often the norm and that we stay comfy which is often not an area you wish to be. First and foremost, you wish to understand what is vital to you in life, what you actually worth, and what you are ultimately aiming for. Once you recognize who you actually are and what matters to you, what others think about you becomes nothing.
Stop saying YES to everything. Instead, learn to say NO and straighten your values.
Surround yourself with those who are self-assured and live life without comprising their core values.

Tony Robbins - Energy For Life

Align Your Body to Align Your Mind

Meditation involves being still and quiet, both in your body and mind. The problem with a still body and a quiet mind is that it draws your attention to any discomfort. If you plan to meditate for long periods, you need to get your body comfortable.
Then again, maybe you don't.
Discomfort has its place. It can keep you awake and focused. It can drive out other distractions.
But, and I may be going out on a limb here...
I assume that if you want more discomfort, that's easy to arrange. If you want to change something, it'll probably be to decrease discomfort.
And with that not-so-controversial assumption in our minds, let's talk about posture and meditation.
Firstly, it's a myth that you need to sit cross-legged. You can sit however you like. In fact, you don't even have to sit. I usually meditate while sitting in an office chair. I've done it lying down and standing up.
A few times, I've meditated while walking around. I find self-hypnosis works better - I can use the ever-changing scenery and the sensation of walking to drive the experience. For other people, mostly those who are really good at shutting down their inner dialogue, they meditate while walking with no problems.
So do whatever you need to. If doing yoga keeps you calm and focused, do that. If that sounds terrible, don't worry about it.
Secondly, sitting upright is not necessary natural. Our ancestors walked most of each day for most of their lives. If you're not comfortable with it... well, neither were they.
But if sitting still appeals to you, then here's how to do it right.
Your ears, shoulders and pelvis should form a straight line. If you have a mirror handy, use it. If not, don't worry. There's a better way to measure it than eyeballing your reflection.
The first thing to check is to see if there's any tension in your body. Focus especially on your pelvis and lower back. If you are holding the posture using tension, then you're not really holding it. The goal is to remain relaxed throughout.
Then work your way up your core. Are your stomach and back muscles relaxed? If not, release any tension and adjust your position as needed.
Check your pelvis again to make sure the tension hasn't moved.
Do this again with your shoulders. Release any tension and move them into a stable alignment.
Finally, check your head and neck.
This exercise takes practice. If you need a month or two to get it right, take a month or two. It's time well spent.
Or just lie down to meditate.
And if you want to learn more about how to use self-hypnosis - whether you're lying down, sitting up or walking - then click the link below. You can learn to explore your own inner reality even as you navigate the outer one.
