Feeling Stuck? Find Your Vision (The Fun Way)

What do you do when you're feeling stuck?
What do you do when you feel like you're not doing anything? Where it feels like you should be doing something more. Something more meaningful. What happens? How do you get out of it?
How can you take back control of your life when it feels like your wheels are spinning in loose sand. And you aren't getting anywhere.
I think this is a pretty common thing to think and feel. I know I do every now and then. It almost feels like you're wasting the gift of your life.
So how do you find your own purpose?
The great thing is that the answer already lies inside of you. You have the answer. The secret to a fulfilling, high-impact life already exists somewhere inside you. The thing is, you've fallen out of rapport with that part of your mind.
Your inner mind was trying to tell you, but you weren't listening. So after a while, it gave up. This is what it's like to be stuck. This is what causes you to be stuck. Because when you're in harmony with your inner self, the only thing that limits you is time. You'll enough focus and vision. You'll have enough energy and drive. You'll have the commitment, charisma, resourcefulness and everything you need to fulfil your mission.
To fulfil your vision.
So how do you find it? How do you rebuild rapport with yourself?
There's a lot of talk about left-brain versus right-brain thinking. If you're feeling stuck, if you can't see clearly where your future is going, then your too trapped in your left brain. The right brain is really good at seeing the big picture. It's great at feeling a sense of purpose, and connection to everyone and everything.
When you are feeling motivated and driven, that's your right brain speaking to you. And you are listening.
How do you get back in touch with your right brain? I encourage you to meditate. And not just meditate - visualise. I want you to close your eyes and let yourself see something. It doesn't matter what it is. I want you to see anything. Interact with this mental landscape. Really experience it.
Notice your dreams. Every time you wake up, write something down. Even if you can't remember your dreams, write whatever's in your mind. Just write something.
Think bigger than you've ever thought before. What excites you? What terrifies you? If nothing excites or terrifies you, then your left brain has hijacked this topic. Let yourself experience the emotions. Keep striving. Fake the emotions if you have to.
If you don't have a vision for your future, then that is your number one priority. Make it your mission to find your vision. It's in there, in your mind somewhere. All you have to do is tap into that and embrace it with every part of your mind and body.
You can hypnotise yourself to activate your right brain. It's one of the simplest (and most rewarding) outcomes from learning self-hypnosis. If you feel like a passenger in life, take the wheel now.
